Place the device on the car seat, making sure that the metal fastening buckle is oriented upwards and positioned as shown in the image.

Pass the strap under the seat and then insert it through the top slot of the metal buckle, as shown in the image. Make sure there are no knots or twists.

Once this is done, pass the strap through the second slot of the buckle again. This order is important for the braking system to function correctly and to prevent the strap from loosening with use.
