RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY

At Allstric® we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below we explain how the return process works and what your rights as a consumer are in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU).

Please review the product sheet, its specifications, dimensions and features before confirming your purchase.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN WITHOUT GIVING A REASON)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without having to give any explanation within a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you, received the product.

1.1 How to initiate a return by withdrawal

Before the 14 calendar days from receipt expire, send us an email to hola@allstric.com with:

·         Your full name

·         Order number

·         Product or products you wish to return

·         Reason for return (optional, but it helps us improve)

We will reply within a maximum of 48 business hours with the return instructions. Returns of products handled directly and unilaterally by the customer without the prior express authorization of RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. will not be accepted.

1.2 Conditions of the returned product

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

·         Be in the same condition in which it was delivered, without being handled, opened or unsealed.

·         Keep the original packaging and labeling of the product, as well as the instructions, documentation and any accessories.

·         Shipment must be made using the same box or packaging in which it was received, or a similar one that guarantees return in perfect condition.

·         Include a copy of the delivery note inside the package, marking the returned products.

The user is responsible for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning. RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. reserves the right not to issue any refund if it is verified that the product has not been returned in the indicated condition.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, that present an appearance not suitable for sale, that have been improperly handled, or for items that are subject to special order or personalized at the customer’s request.

1.3 Return costs for withdrawal

In cases of return by withdrawal (change of mind or purchase error), return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Non-free return prices do not necessarily have to match the original shipping costs.

1.4 Refund

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase (it will be credited to the same card or PayPal account used for the purchase, a different one will not be accepted).

Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned and the reason for the return is not attributable to the customer.

2. RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

Within the 14 calendar days following receipt: if any delivered item does not correspond to the item actually purchased —whether by reference or appearance— or if the product arrives damaged, RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. will arrange collection at no cost to the customer.

If you receive a product in poor condition, broken, incorrect, or if your order does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us at hola@allstric.com indicating:

·         Your full name and order number

·         Detailed description of the issue

·         Photographs of the product and packaging, if there is visible damage

In these cases, RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. will fully cover the collection or return shipping costs and will proceed, at the customer’s choice and depending on availability, to:

·         Replace the product with one in perfect condition, or

·         Issue a full refund of the amount paid, including the original shipping costs.

The refund or replacement will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. confirms the incident.

3. LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all products sold by RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. are covered by the 3-year legal warranty of conformity from delivery, in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 7/2021.

If you detect any lack of conformity within this period, contact us at hola@allstric.com. We will assess each case individually and apply the appropriate solution according to current regulations (repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination).

The user must use the product normally and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. The warranty will not apply in the event of improper handling, incorrect use or absence of proof of purchase.
