1. SHIPPING AREAS

RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. ships to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or destinations outside the national territory. If you have any doubts about whether your destination is covered, you can contact us at hola@allstric.com before placing your order.

The product’s specific terms will indicate whether the price includes shipping costs or not. If it does not, these will be detailed separately and must be accepted by the user before proceeding to checkout. Shipping costs are shown itemized before confirming the order.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

The usual order preparation time is 1 to 2 business days from payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time is an additional 2 to 4 business days for mainland Spain.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands may require an extra day depending on the assigned carrier.

The indicated delivery times may vary for logistical reasons or due to force majeure. In the event of a delay, RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. will inform users as soon as it becomes aware of it and is not responsible for delays attributable to the transport company or to force majeure causes.

4. CARRIER COMPANIES

Allstric® orders are handled by the following carrier companies, selected according to destination and availability:

·         CTT Express

·         Correos

·         GLS

·         UPS

By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale when placing your order, you agree that shipping will be handled through an external transport company. RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. reserves the right to assign the most suitable carrier for each shipment. Transport policies and delivery management do not depend on RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L., but on each carrier company; in the unlikely event of any issue with delivery or transport, you must contact that company first, quoting your shipment reference.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions to track your shipment through the corresponding carrier’s website.

6. DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order does not arrive within the indicated time, is damaged during transport, or is not delivered for reasons beyond your control, contact us at hola@allstric.com indicating your order number.

In the event of failed delivery attempts, the carrier will leave a notice so that you can contact them or pick up the package at the designated point. If the order is returned for reasons attributable to the recipient (incorrect address, package refusal, prolonged absence), the reshipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Under no circumstances shall RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. or the carrier company be held responsible for delivery errors when the address provided by the user is incorrect.
