2.1 Order management and contractual relationship

Data: Name, surname, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and payment data (managed by payment providers).

Purpose: To process orders, manage payment, organise shipping and handle claims or returns. Management of the permanent 'web customer' file.

Legal basis: Performance of the sales contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention: For the duration of the contractual relationship and the applicable legal periods (minimum 5 years for tax and commercial obligations).

2.2 Customer service and enquiries

Data: Name, email and any data the user provides in their enquiry.

Purpose: To manage the temporary 'web contact' file in order to respond to enquiries, information requests and incidents.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) or performance of the contract.

Retention: Until the enquiry is resolved and thereafter for the applicable legal limitation periods. Contact data will be deleted from the activity register once the enquiry is resolved, unless the user has become a customer.

2.3 Marketing communications and newsletter

Data: Name and email address.

Purpose: Sending commercial communications, news, offers and promotions from Allstric. 'Commercial management' file, only with express consent.

Legal basis: Express consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Retention: Until the user withdraws consent or unsubscribes, which can be done at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each communication or by writing to hola@allstric.com.

2.4 Website analysis and improvement

Data: Browsing data, anonymised IP address, pages visited, session time, device and approximate location.

Purpose: To analyse website use in order to improve user experience and store performance.

Legal basis: User consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), provided through the cookie management panel.

Retention: According to the settings of the analytics tool (maximum 14 months in Google Analytics 4).

2.5 Personalised advertising and campaign measurement

Data: Browsing behaviour, conversion data and device identifiers.

Purpose: To display personalised advertising and measure campaign performance on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok Ads.

Legal basis: User consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), provided through the cookie management panel.

Retention: According to each advertising platform's retention policy.

Your data may be disclosed to the following third parties as data processors or recipients necessary for the provision of the service:

·         Shopify Inc. — E-commerce platform hosting the store. Policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy

·         PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. — Payment processor. Policy: paypal.com/es/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

·         Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) — Web analytics and advertising. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy

·         Connectif — Marketing automation and email marketing platform. Policy: connectif.ai/politica-de-privacidad

·         Transport companies (CTT Express, Correos, GLS, UPS) — For order delivery. Only name, address and contact phone number are provided.

·         Product review import and management platform — For displaying imported reviews.

By accepting this policy, you expressly authorise the transfer of data to third parties solely for the purpose of managing the request made and for compliance with applicable legal obligations. RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties for purposes other than those described.

Some of the transfers above involve sending data to countries outside the European Economic Area (mainly the United States). In such cases, RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. ensures that adequate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or recognised adequacy frameworks).

Under your right to information, we inform you that you have the following data protection rights:

·         Right of access: you may obtain information regarding your specific data subject to processing.

·         Right to rectification: you may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. has adopted all necessary technical and organisational measures within its reach to ensure the security and integrity of personal data and to prevent alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access. The website operates under the HTTPS protocol. Payment data are handled entirely by the payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal), and RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. does not store bank card data.

The data requested on the website are necessary for the provision of the service. Refusal to provide them will make it impossible to access the services for which they were requested.

RODAM SOLUTIONS S.L. reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to regulatory changes or new developments in data processing. In the event of significant changes, users will be informed through the website. The date of the last update appears at the beginning of this document.
